Congratulations to this beautiful family on the arrival of their baby girl! Their lifestyle newborn session in Quincy MA was a dream to capture. Although I was having a bit of back pain before and during the session, these new parents and their baby girl made it so easy for me to do my job, it didn’t matter! I’m thankful for such understanding and supportive clients. These two are so in love with their new baby girl, I don’t think anything would have bothered them! Watching them smile and hug her reminded me why I do what I do!!

Perhaps my favorite part of lifestyle newborn sessions is that I get to capture a family in their home. And for newborns, that means we’re taking portraits in their nursery! It’s a room that will change before you know it, just like your baby! So some portraits there are always a great way to remember all of the hard work that went into creating your baby’s space! For this sweet girl, her parents kept a neutral color scheme with the cutest little accents – like a hanging display for her hair ribbons and headbands. We also captured a few portraits of the new family in mom and dad’s room. I always look for the rooms with the best light and setups – and theirs was just gorgeous!
