After the last year we’e all had, I love the idea of photographing family reunions. We’ve all missed our loved ones and so when the inquiry came in for this Peter’s Hill family reunion, I couldn’t wait for the session to arrive! This family hasn’t seen each other for almost a year. But, that all changed recently. All of the kids came to Boston to visit their parents and while they were here, they wanted to have a family portrait session at Arnold’s Arboretum.

This entire family was just SO much fun. Their happiness was catching and it made everything so enjoyable. The laughs and the smiles didn’t stop. It’s definitely what all family sessions should be like. Together, we walked through Peter’s Hill and let their little girl play. She was a little shy with me but that’s okay. We had lots of fun anyway! The best part of our session might have been seeing the Boston skyline. We definitely had to stop for some portraits there.
