I absolutely adore this sweet family! I’ve gotten to work with them for FIVE years now. It is such a blessing to have repeat clients who I adore. Our last few sessions have been in their beautiful Boston home (including a fun holiday session!), so I was excited that we went somewhere new (to them) for these spring portraits: Arnold Arboretum. In fact, we usually do their sessions in the fall or winter, too. So being outdoors for spring portraits was a real treat! As usual, they knocked it all out of the park.

One thing I really adore about working with families year after year is seeing the kids grow up. I’ve watched these three children over the last 5 years and I have loved watching them become who they are – including big siblings. Seeing their personalities come out and grow has been so special. They’re all wonderful listeners – and another perk of working with me before is that they trust me! The kids were great all session long for me, cuddling into mom and dad, playing, and following the prompts I provided. It was amazing!
I also LOVED their outfits for their Arnold Arboretum spring family photos. This family always chooses the best outfits (seriously, check their other blogs!). But these ones were amazing. They chose a great palette of light blue, white, and tan. It was a wonderful compliment to the greens and yellows we got, especially at sunset! And, we lucked out because the park was almost empty the day we were there. So, we were able to really play with the light and location. It was a dream come true!
