This fall, one of my favorite spots in Canton MA (The Bradly Estate) changed their permit policy for photographers. Unfortunately, it means that I have to plan for permits a bit further in advance than I’m used to. When this wonderful family reached out about fall photos, I realized I was going to have to find a new spot with a similar vibe for sessions. I stumbled upon the Old Manse in Concord. It’s a gorgeous historical site right here in Concord – in fact, the first revolution fight took place here. We lucked out with a stunning day for this Old Manse family portrait session and I’m so excited to share it with you!
The Olde Manse Family Portraits
I’ve known these beautiful twin girls since they were a week old. I can’t believe that they’re all grown up now!! I’m pretty sure I said the same thing last year about them. Time goes so fast! My family is friends with theirs and it’s been a gift to watch them grow up. We’ve all bonded over being from Mexico (even though the twins were born here in Boston). Like I said, we had a beautiful day near the end of September for their session. It still felt like summer, actually. The girls were amazing – wading through the tall grass for me and just full of smiles.
