Spring is always a beautiful time for portraits in Boston! But, you never quite know what you’ll get with the weather! This sweet family was so patient was we had to reschedule their session due to bad weather. But, it all worked out in the end because the weather for their spring Arnold Arboretum family portraits turned out to be perfect the day of our session!! We actually lucked out with beautiful weather and beautiful blooms at the Arboretum, which was even better for this family of three.

This family’s session was special because their Grandma was visiting from San Francisco, so we were able to have her at the session. There’s something really wonderful about capturing multi-generational portraits to me. I love knowing that your family’s story is truly being documented. You could tell how much she loves her family and her little 2 year old grandson. He was very active the whole session, running everywhere and I chased him for some photos. It was fun, but definitely tiring, ha! Thank you to this beautiful family for trusting me to capture their special spring photos!
