Fall in Boston is always such a beautiful time of year. The colors are vibrant and even as the weather cools, the city comes alive. When this sweet family reached out about capturing Beacon Hill family portraits on Acorn Street this fall, I started counting down days until their session. I was so excited to see them again after their Fan Pier Park photos last year. They’re all wonderful and it’s amazing to see how much the kids have grown in just a year.
Fall Beacon Hill Family Portraits
The day we picked for their photos on Acorn Street was pretty busy (of course, it’s the fall!), but we were lucky. We waited for a few minutes and the street cleared out long enough for some gorgeous portraits. After our turn there, we continued to explore Beacon Hill finding more beautiful streets to capture these four on. I love photographing families here. The area is historic and known for its cobblestone streets. It just feels super classic Boston! I also adored all of the cute fall decor the residents had out. It made our pictures feel even more autumnal.
I can’t say enough how grateful I am that we had such beautiful weather for their photos. We lucked out with a gorgeous sunset and the nice day kept us motivated as we explored Beacon Hill. Thank you to this beautiful family for asking me to work with them again – and for being so cooperative. Because of you, we created these amazing fall portraits! I can’t wait to see how much the kids have grown again by next year!
