This fall has been full of senior portrait sessions – and I have loved getting know each of these beautiful seniors. This session was so much fun, at Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain and she is such a sweetheart. We had the chance to chat about school – she attends the same school as my own kids, which was fun to figure out. I enjoyed hearing about her plans and what she loves to do to fill her time now. Since she’s all about nature, we decided the arboretum would be the perfect spot for her photos and I think we were right!

Like so many of my sessions, she was a little bit shy when we first started our time together, but she warmed right up after a few shots. Everyone has to get comfortable with the idea of a camera in their face, which I totally understand. It was so fun to see her personality unfold as the session wore on – she has such a beautiful smile!!
I’m so thankful the fall weather cooperated and we had such lovely colors during our session at Arnold Arboretum. This beautiful senior was willing to play in the leaves and we had so many gorgeous colors all around her that really made her copper hair stand out even more. Honestly the photos with the leaves are some of my favorites! Congratulations again to this beautiful young lady, I cannot wait to see all the great things you do in the world!
