Fall is such a beautiful time in New England. We’re truly blessed with the most vibrant and gorgeous colors everywhere you look. The air is crisp and even as the weather cools, you can’t help but feel happy. Maybe I’m biased but I honestly believe this is one of the most gorgeous areas this time of year! That’s why when this family reached out to plan their fall lifestyle family portraits, I was surprised that they said they wanted their photos done at home. There’s so many gorgeous parks and spots in Boston to capture the foliage – but, I trusted their instinct… and it paid off! Their beautiful Westwood MA home is stunning and the day of our session, it felt like we’d been transported to Vermont or somewhere super woodsy! It was absolutely gorgeous and I’m so happy the colors were out for us that day!
Fall Lifestyle Family Portraits at Westwood MA Home
This sweet family was actually celebrating the adoption of their beautiful baby girl with their first ever fall family portrait session! I feel so honored to be able to capture such a special moment for them. She was absolutely adorable the entire session and I loved her little dress and booties. The perfect fall model! It’s easy to see how happy she is with her mom and dad. As a mom, I adored seeing how much they love her right back.
Having these lifestyle family photos done at their home also made the session really meaningful. This is where this little girl will grow, alongside her puppy and her parents. I hope that they’ll treasure these sweet fall moments – taken right in their yard and on their front step for years to come. I loved watching the four of them interact and all of the laughter I photographed. They were so relaxed and just beyond happy to have their baby girl at home with them. Congratulations to this new family of four! I’m so happy for you and I know there are many wonderful years ahead of you!!
