I love when I get to work with families again year to year! This beautiful family kicked off my fall sessions in early September both this year and last year. It was so good to see them all again! This year, instead of the beach, we headed into the city for their photos. Honestly, it was a dream session to start the season. With a beautiful sunset, their Fan Pier Park family photos are just amazing!!!

The kids kind of remembered me from last year, which helped a lot with getting things going. Their little girl just LOVES to model and she was absolutely amazing for me. And check out those cute fairy wings!! She couldn’t wait to show them off. Her brother wasn’t too sure about photos – especially when we asked him to pose with his sister. But, thankfully I had some tricks and treats up my sleeves… so we finally got some of the photos we wanted. Parents, seriously – I’ve seen it all. A kid who’s not a huge fan of photos really won’t faze me, I promise!
Like I mentioned, we had a beautiful night for their session. No humidity, it was warm, and we had a lovely sunset. It also helped that everyone was well-rested from summer vacation and so everyone was a in a great mood! I think this family has the right idea by doing their session in early September!!
