I absolutely adore working with this beautiful family! Last year, we met at Larz Anderson Park for gorgeous sunset portraits and we had a blast. These three kids are a joy to photograph and we always have a great time. Plus, mom and dad choose the best elegant outfits for their children to wear during their portraits, which just helps everything feel so classic and chic! Needless to say, their sessions are always a dream. This year’s fall portraits were no exception. We planned family portraits at Wellesley College in Wellesley MA, which has been a popular location this year!

Many of my repeat clients, like this family, reached out in the summer to start planning their fall family portraits. They wanted to get their favorite date on the calendar and the best way to do that is to reach out early! I’m so happy that I got to see many familiar faces this fall. If you’ve been around the blog before, you know that I absolutely adore this time of year in Boston and the surrounding areas. We get such beautiful colors and weather.
For this family’s session, the fall colors were really out and absolutely stunning! Like last year, mom and dad chose elegant outfits for their kids. I can’t believe how big these three are. They were awesome – willing to smile, share hugs, and find ways to laugh together. One of our favorite moments of the session had to be the Canadian geese! They really wanted to be a part of everyone’s pictures, so we let them! It was hilarious and the kids got such a kick out of the birds in the middle of Wellesley College.
After we got away from the geese, we explored more of the campus – including some of my favorite spots in the stone arches. Mom and dad joined in the photos this year, which was really special. I’m glad we were able to create some beautiful new portraits for this family of five!
