I absolutely loved meeting this gorgeous couple just a few weeks ago. We met at the Arnold’s Arboretum in Jamaica Plain (literally) on the first day we reached the 50ºF after a long and snowy winter in Boston.
Despite the chilly weather, we got a beautiful sunset. These two were absolutely amazing. They never complained a bit and looked fabulous. Mom even changed outfits THREE times… and I can’t even pick a favorite. Seriously, she looked simply amazing in everything!!
Originally, they’re from Peru and Romania but have now settled in Boston, MA, and I’m so glad I have met them! As soon as they arrived, we began to talk about how excited they are for their little girl to arrive in just a few more weeks. Their excitement is tangible – and I don’t blame them. These sweet parents chose the perfect outfit for their Arnold’s Arboretum maternity session- and I just adored mom’s floral crown and gown, or maybe her fuchsia dress with a jeans jacket? They were an awesome boho touch to her outfit.

Honestly, their entire session was a great reminder that portraits (maternity or otherwise) don’t have to be super crazy to be beautiful. Sometimes a chilly day, a gorgeous park, your favorite dress, and that sweet baby bump are all you need! I can’t get over how much I loved this portrait session. Congratulations again to this little family! I cannot wait to meet your little girl when she makes her arrival in the world!! I know you are going to be such fabulous parents!
