A Year in Review – Best images of 2018

Thank you for a wonderful 2018. May the new year be even better than the last!

With no doubt, 2018 was such an amazing year!

Although I may say this every year, believe me when I say that 2018 was simply a-ma-zing! December gives me the opportunity to review all the wonderful families I had the pleasure to photograph during the year. As I reviewed all my sessions from 2018, I honestly couldn’t stop smiling. Each session was so incredibly meaningful and I found myself deeply connected to each of the families I photographed. It brings so much joy to have captured all these glowing moms-to-be, teeny tiny newborns, adorable babies, rambunctious toddlers, and loving parents!

I accomplished many goals in 2018 as well!

January was certainly a very busy month for me. After a long time of researching, I finally updated my brand and revamped my website! It seemed like a daunting project, but thanks to Megan from Red Met Yellow Creative, it was such a smooth process! Not only I received a fabulous website, but also a clearer understanding of my business and brand. This helped me to improve a better experience for my clients!

September was the workshop month!

I had the amazing opportunity to join Emily Lucarz’s lifestyle family workshop in Boston and it was such a fun and pleasant experience! Although the workshop lasted only a weekend, I learned directly from one of the gurus of the photography industry these days!  As a result, I met so many talented photographers from across the United States and Canada. They were such a valuable source of inspiration.

November was the month of recognition!

Much to my delight, I was notified that one of my images, “Rincones de Mexico”, was selected as a finalist in the 2018 VOICE Image Collection!  There were over 48,000 submissions this year and the images are simply breathtaking. I am incredibly honored to have been recognized and included in the Line & Shape category among all these talented artists!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my clients, family and friends for your continued support, encouragement, and for being such a special part of my story on this journey.

I wish you all the love, joy, growth and goodness 2019 can bring.
