I’m so happy to see this wonderful family again! This spring, I caught up with them while photographing their senior! A few years back, I got to photograph her big brother so it was extra special to be part of this moment for the family again. Congratulations to such a beautiful and smart young lady. I loved hearing about all of her achievements and future plans during her Charles River Esplanade senior portraits!
Boston Charles River Esplanade Senior Portraits
The Charles River Esplanade is a gorgeous park in the Back Bay area of Boston. It’s always beautiful and in the spring, it’s even more glorious. We were lucky to have the beautiful pink cherry blossoms in bloom during these senior portraits. Although it was cloudy, rainy, and cold – the sun came out right at the time of our session and we had a lovely evening on the water. I’m so glad that the weather cooperated for us and the sunset came out to play! It reminded me of the pink and purple sky we had at her brother’s senior portrait session.
For these portraits, the graduate had three outfits to choose from. I love that she chose super cute spring dresses and a comfy look featuring a sweatshirt from Spelman College, where she’ll be going in the fall. It was a fun look to end her session. One of my other favorite moments was taking the time to capture new photos of her and her mom. These images are always emotional – especially with high school seniors!
Congratulations again to this lovely lady! I know she’s going to go on and do amazing things in her future!!
