No matter how many times I photograph families at the Bradley Estate in Canton, MA, I still think it’s one of the BEST locations in the area for family portraits. For this sweet family’s session, we actually wound up with a beautifully warm day in October. It felt like summer!! I was surprised, especially with the weather, that we basically had the property to ourselves. These four and I had a great time capturing their fall portraits at Bradley Estate.

When we started out, their kids were pretty shy. That’s nothing new for me – most kids are that way! Although mom and dad were a bit worried that we weren’t getting “good” shots, I was so happy to let them know that we were! There is NOTHING wrong with kids being, well, kids! Especially during a photo shoot. I spent the session running around with them and letting them have some fun and honestly, I love how the portraits came out!
I think their mom did too! She was able to order some holiday cards! One of my favorite parts of al these fall family portrait sessions is knowing that they’ll become holiday cards and shared with family and friends around the world. How special is that?!
