Every once in awhile, I photograph sessions that mean a little something extra to me. For example, this group of friends celebrating their senior year and amazing accomplishments was extra meaningful! Given everything going on, their Larz Anderson Park senior portraits were a joy to capture. Especially since one of the young men I photographed was very close to one of my sons when they were younger. I’m still close friends with his mother! So, being asked to capture this special moment for them was beyond meaningful for me!
Larz Anderson Park Senior Portraits
Like many students locally and across the nation, these students didn’t quite have the senior year of their dreams. That didn’t stop these Cambridge students (and friends!) from celebrating! We decided on a joint senior portrait session in Larz Anderson Park to document their achievements. As many of you know, I LOVE this park!!
All four of these students studied together during middle school and high School at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, MA. And, with no surprise, all five are attending incredible colleges. They’ll be attending the University of Chicago, Georgetown, Columbia, Yale, and Harvard. Seriously amazing achievement you guys!!! In fact, my friend’s son was the valedictorian both in elementary school when we knew him best and again in high school. He’s going to Harvard. No surprise there!
Congratulations to all of you. What an amazing job you have done this year and always. Your hard work has truly paid off!
