Photographing families in the fall in the Boston area, especially over at the Bradley Estate, might be one of my favorite things in the whole world! There’s just something about all of those gorgeous fall colors and a happy family playing that makes my job really easy. Although it’s always fun to update your portraits any time of year, there’s something to be said about the cooler days and warm colors of the fall. It always makes for a gorgeous backdrop here in New England!
Bradley Estate Family Portraits
This sweet family is actually originally from Texas. But, now they’re Northeast transplants!! It was fun talking to them about how they’re loving life here in Massachusetts. With two adorable kiddos and two really sweet dogs, it was hard NOT to get a cute photo! Everyone was on their best behavior for me and the little puppy even cooperated too. Although their older dog got a little loud and sang for us after an ambulance drove by, everyone had a great time!
We lucked out with some truly gorgeous light the day of their session at the Bradley Estate. And the way the light came down through the trees was magic!!! And can we talk about these outfits? I am all about a good pop of color! Pink was the perfect choice for the ladies. It stood out brightly against the boys’ darker clothes and the fall colors. I seriously loved it!!!
