Sometimes when you’re photographing a session, you realize it’s going to be absolutely perfect and just what you envisioned in your head… and the B Family’s session was one of those! This family session just screams fall to me! Not just because of the beautiful day we got but also the absolutely perfect outfits this mom chose for her session. Don’t they all look just adorable? She seriously did an amazing job bringing everyone’s personality to their outfits – while keeping things coordinated and casual. Everything came together perfectly! We had originally planned our session for later in the evening but decided to make it earlier (thanks, Daylight Savings Time!). I’m glad we did because we got a gorgeous glow to their photos we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise.

The B family is so, so sweet. I met them through another client of mine who does family sessions every year, actually. I’m so glad they introduced us all. Even though we started off with some shyness at the beginning of our session, everyone started laughing and playing games with me. I love to keep my families (especially the kids!) entertained during our sessions. It’s even better when they think I’m funny! The kids enjoyed playing together and you can tell how much this family loves spending time together in all of their portraits… and what more could you want from family pictures?
