What an amazing family and what a fun evening! As a Newton Bar Mitzvah photographer, I love to document the joy and excitement of teens and families. Furthermore, it was a pleasure capturing this special milestone for the Welch family in a gorgeous fall afternoon. It was truly exciting to document Sam’s big day at the Temple Beth Avodah. The evening was absolutely wonderful full of laughs, dance and emotive moments! The Welch family held back no effort in making sure all their friends and family had a great time celebrating this important milestone in Sam’s life.
From the beautiful gardens, to the reception room, gorgeously decorated with a Star Wars theme, down to the fun table centerpieces, everything came perfectly together and made for an unforgettable evening. The reception room was filled up with air balloons, LED lightsabers and life size Star Wars cardboard standups. The entertainment of the DJ was ecstatic! He did a wonderful job keeping up with the energy of dozens of teens and adults dancing their heart out. In addition to the entertainment, the caricaturist artists captured the memories of this special evening with professional cartoons. These drawings made the perfect keepsake for the guests, while creating an air of excitement and generating a buzz during the event. I am pretty sure this evening will be remembered for years to come.
