I am still the same Helena Goessens Photography that you know and love, capturing genuine portraits that showcase your family’s unique story and providing a personalized experience for you and your family that is fun and meaningful…. but with a completely new brand look.
My photographic style has evolved over the last few years very much. My cute ethnic orange colored logo that I had since the beginning of my small photography business wasn’t accurately representing me and my work anymore. I knew that I needed a change. I didn’t want to do anything carelessly, so I spent a lot of time soul-searching to find the right way I was going to represent my actual work.
It has been a long process but worth every effort. All started with finding the right designer to create my new brand identity. I have to admit it was an overwhelming process at times! But I was very fortunate to finally find Jane Johnson Design. I immediately loved her style and her work. It was the perfect mix of classy and contemporary, so I decided to jump right in and start the creative process with her. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have had Jane as my graphic designer. She spent so much time getting to know me and what I wanted to express with this new brand. She heard everything I said and ran with it, creating this most perfect representation of what I do and why I do it. Then Megan of Red Met Yellow was my new website angel, who floated in and took all the pieces Jane had created and put them together to create this gorgeous new website. This is the “me” that has been evolving all of this time, and I’m so happy with it. A giant thank you to Jane and Megan for their creative spirit, professionalism, support and…. patience!
