We had the pleasure to photograph Jacob’s Bar Mitzvah this past October at the Temple Beth Avoda in Newton Center. It was an absolutely wonderful evening full of emotive moments, laughs, dance, and delicious food! The Decters held back no effort, making sure all their friends and family had a great time while celebrating this important milestone in Jacob’s life.

From the beautiful gardens and interior of the Temple Beth Avoda, the reception room that was gorgeously decorated, the DJ they retained for the event who did a wonderful job keeping up with the energy of dozens of teens dancing their heart out (and adults as well), down to the little details like Jacob’s favorite pictures he took during his family trip to Costa Rica which lined up the tables, everything came together and made for an unforgettable evening for Jacob, his family and all who were present, including ourselves!
